A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a cancellation fee of $75 for all events canceled after payment is received. Reservations canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded their deposit. You may reschedule once for a different date.
For reservations canceled within seven days of your event, you may reschedule once for a different date and time.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
We are a mobile facility; therefore, we have no control over traffic or weather. Your booking may be delayed due to traffic or weather, but we will still honor the booking time. Your legendary experience will start once we are parked and set up (setup time is about 10-15 minutes).
For our trailer to work properly, the area needs to be as flat as possible. Please have all areas cleared for our designated location to park before we arrive so your legendary experience won’t be shortened. We do not park on grass or drive across grassy areas due to the weight of our trailer to prevent it from being stuck. Make sure all entrances and exits are wide enough for our trailer to enter and exit properly. We do not service apartment complexes. We can use any nearby lot that’s big enough.
A travel fee may be applied if you are outside of the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Henry, Rockdale, and Gwinnett.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling was designed for all types of weather conditions. Our trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snowstorm, tropical storm, or hurricane), please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests ages 17 and under are required to have a parent or guardian on-site at all times.
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served and not controlled.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling does not allow any food or drinks for ages 16 and under. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling will take pictures/videos of the party from inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on the Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling website and Instagram. If you do not want your event filmed and pictures posted on our website and Instagram, please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
