Booking policies for our game truck & bowling alley.

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There is a cancellation fee of $75 for all events canceled after payment is received. Reservations canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded their deposit. You may reschedule once for a different date. For reservations canceled within 20 days of your event, you may reschedule once for a different date and time.

Legendary Strikes is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

We are a mobile facility, so we have no control over traffic or weather. Your booking may be delayed due to traffic or weather, but we will still honor the booking time. Your legendary experience starts once we're parked and set up (setup takes about 10–15 minutes).

For our trailer to work properly, the area needs to be as flat as possible. Please have your designated location cleared before we arrive. We do not park on grass or drive across grassy areas due to the trailer's weight. Make sure all entrances and exits are wide enough for our trailer. We do not service apartment complexes — we can use any nearby lot that's big enough. See our visual parking guide for examples.

A travel fee may apply if you're outside of Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Henry, Rockdale or Gwinnett counties.

Legendary Strikes was designed for all types of weather — our trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, extremely heavy rain, snow or ice) we may reschedule your service to guarantee everyone's safety. If a storm is forecasted in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

A parent or responsible adult must be present inside or just outside the trailer at all times. Guests ages 17 and under are required to have a parent or guardian on-site at all times.

You may serve alcohol at your event; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any booking when alcohol is being served and not controlled.

Legendary Strikes will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. Legendary Strikes reserves the right to charge the client's card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from careless or willful damage by the client's guests. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

We don't allow food or drinks for ages 16 and under inside the trailer. Please have younger guests consume them outside prior to entering.

We'll take pictures and videos of the party from inside and outside the trailer, which may be shared on our website and Instagram. If you don't want your event filmed or posted, notify us by email prior to the party.
